Nina is incredible. I fly across the country to see her and she is the only one in the world (quite literally) that I will go to. She is a magician.

Ok ok I have to right this review. I love this company anyway, but I need to do a personal shout out to NINA. She is by far the BEST injector I’ve encountered. She is kind, patient and understanding. She takes her time to do the job right and when I tell she was so good with the placement of my Botox it lasted MUCH longer than normal. A real natural and makes you look natural. Such a great asset to the company. Tip her well and treat her like the gold dust she is.

I went here via Groupon deal for 20 units of Botox on my forehead to get rid of some lines that were bothering me. This was my first time Botox-ing and I was a bit nervous! The location is clean and updated and the staff was SUPER friendly. Nina took care of me and explained EVERYTHINGGGGG to me from A to Z. Told me her recommendations, and possible side effects, what I can expect, what I can't expect, etc. She was not pushy at all which I appreciated. I told her it's my first time and she was super sweet and gentle with everything. Honestly, the cold from the ice pack applied to my forehead to numb the skin hurt more than the actual needle! (which I thought to be funny). I was told everything to do after the injections to ensure optimal results. If I like the way it all turns out after 10 days (because apparently that's when you see your final results), I will DEFINITELY be coming back here and to see Nina!

I have been going to Nina for years! She is the best, I absolutely adore her and she really shows attention to detail. I have never had a problem with any of my services. I’ve been to all of the locations and they are all beautiful and clean and the staff is lovely every time!

Went in as a first time customer for their promo of 20 units of Botox for $160. The technician, Nina, could tell I was nervous and took the time to sit down and explain everything about using neurotoxins, even breaking down the different types (Botox vs dysport vs jeuveau) and what each are most beneficial for before she even began the treatment. She was super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable for my first time ever receiving Botox. I ended up getting 20 units of Jeuveau and the procedure was quick (less than 10 mins), painless and super easy. It took about a week for it to fully set in and I am very happy with the results! Will definitely return for more and possibly other services, which Nina also took the time to explain more to me about. Thank you!

I use the Hell's Kitchen location because it's close to my work and I can stop there on my break time. There is no waiting time and the nurses especially Nina are very good and meticulous with their work. I just had my first Body Factory experience last week. I took advantage of their introductory Botox special which was an excellent price. I actually walked in and got a day-of appointment for later in the afternoon. When I returned, I waited maybe a minute for Nina to come and take me back. She was very friendly and did a great job. I waited a week to review just to see how it turned out. AAA!!! I am going for the complimentary micro facial next week. I'd definitely say they are worth a try.
